SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT

Stay Rooted Collection products are made to order. Most orders require approximately 2–5 business days for production before shipping. Production time is separate from shipping time and may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, product shortages, or circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery dates are displayed during checkout based on the products and delivery destination.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

TRACKING

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available. Carrier tracking may require up to 48 hours to display movement after shipment.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Products may be produced at different fulfillment locations. An order containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages at different times. When available, separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact stayrooted.collection@gmail.com immediately. Address changes are not guaranteed after an order enters production and cannot be made after shipment.

Additional charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, the customer is responsible for these charges. Customs processing can delay delivery.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, contact us at stayrooted.collection@gmail.com. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Please include your order number and confirm your delivery address. We may ask you to contact the carrier or local post office as part of the investigation.
